Return Policy
Aytorien will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, refund within 15 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Free Exchanges for Size, Color, or Defect Issues
If the issue involves size, color, or a defect, we offer a free exchange. However, price differences for upgraded items will be charged. - Customer-Paid Returns for Other Reasons
For returns unrelated to size, color, or defect issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. - Service Fees For refunds
A fixed amount of $3.50 will be deducted from any refund to cover service fees.
How to Mail Back a Return

Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Sending the Return
Once you have our return address, send the item following our instructions. Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process an exchange or refund based on your preference.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
